I'm Tamara — founder of Kafe con Propósito and the person you'll find at every single gathering, coffee in hand, genuinely glad you showed up.Kafe is where I spend most of my time and energy now. Not because I had to pivot, but because I chose to. After two decades in international business, I came to understand that the most powerful thing I could offer wasn't another strategy framework — it was a room where women could finally be honest with each other about what they're building and who they're becoming.
That room is Kafe. And I'm proud of what it's grown into.

Where I came from
For over 20 years I worked at the intersection of international business development, partnerships, and professional coaching — bridging Europe and Latin America, helping tech companies scale across borders, and advising founders on strategy, leadership, and growth.I worked with accelerators, spoke at industry events, was shortlisted for the Latam Edge Awards, and sat across from some of the most ambitious leaders I've ever met. I learned what rigorous strategy looks like. I also learned what it costs when soul is missing from it.

The turning point
Why Kafe, and why now
When I relocated to Central Bohemia, I found myself doing exactly what so many of the women in our community describe — professionally accomplished, genuinely isolated, and looking for a space that felt real. The interesting events were in Prague. The online groups were full of noise. The networking events left me with cards but no real connection.
